Recovery

14M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run

Two nice easy runs (to and from work) today. The one on the way home involved carrying a large shoulder of lamb and half a kilo of mascarpone with me over the . Made me realise I'm glad I'm not a fatty.

Great video of yesterday's race on eightlane (even if I don't feature until the finish... and may I emphasise that the camera angle is misleading - I look like I'm floundering on account of the finish being uphill). Oh how I love racing!
