A nasty little pyramid session up and down the river

I'm full of running still and my morning run ended up fairly brisk. In a drowned rat kind of fashion.

The evening run was close to cracking. It was the same session as last Tuesday, but run this time down on the North Bank in my usual Thursday evening location. It was pleasingly nasty. I really nailed myself on the first few... but managed to keep things together enough towards the end for it to be well judged pace-wise.

I was properly spent on the four miles home and treated myself to a spot of Chicken Shop for dinner.
