Easy does it

12M double; recovery runs x2
5M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run

Two easy runs today. Dead slow on the way to work. And a bit faster on the way to John Lewis (to pick up an Xmas present). My legs are feeling springy. Hopefully I'm heading into one of those high energy weeks that comes round once in a while.
