Muddy Parliament Hill reps

9M pm incl 9x1.3K Parliament Hill reps in 4.52-5.04 off 90s

I've run this session a few times over the autumn with varying numbers of reps and with various conditions under foot. Today was 8 reps (longer than the usual 6) and was a bit sloppy slidey on the bottom field - though not too bad in my trail shoes. I got the pacing of the first two a bit wrong - they were my slowest - but the rest were good. Number 6 was my fastest and I had run hard enough that number 8 was hard work to bring in at 4.58.
