An enjoyable 20

20M am long run at 7.30-6.15min/M

I really enjoyed today's long run. I ran the first 9 or so with the club group around the perimeter of the Heath (and all its extensions) and then headed on my own down the Regent's Canal to the west. The first half was nice and gentle and chatty. The second half was at a slowly increasing, but never crazy tempo. It was enough to make me feel pretty flaky all afternoon.
