K(ish) reps on the way home

18M double; recovery run & K rep session
7M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
11M pm incl 1.2K-1.2K-1.2K-1K-1K-1K-1K-800-800-800 off 60s jog

My reps on the way home were going to be kilometre reps, but the first three ended up being longer than that because of where the tops of hills / crossroads were, so I changed the session a bit and ran the last three as shorter, sharper 800m efforts.

I felt like I was going well despite feeling distinctly flaky before I started. Perhaps it was the honour of winning Gurn of the Month (above - from Saturday) that gave me the self belief to pull a good session out of the bag.
