Thirteen, steady

13M am steady run at ~6.30-6.00min/M

I had a great, cruising kind of speed run around the Heath and then along the canal in the sunshine this morning. Before refuelling on the last of the Christmas cake. And Ottolenghi lamb. Yum.

My legs getting back into shape after Sunday's race. I'll be ready for tomorrow's session when it comes.
