Two sevens

14M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run

My legs are as beaten up at the moment as they've been for a while. They're not threatening injury, they're just tired. I just about managed to drag a couple of recovery runs out of them - to work and then along the river from work before dinner in town (Brasserie Zedel - just what the doctor ordered).
