Thu 29/11 - 17M double; 7M recov & 10M incl 8x1K off 90s jog
Fri 30/11 - 17M double; 7M & 10M recovery runs
Sat 1/12 - 11M incl 4x2M off 2 min jog
Sun 2/12 - 20M easy long run
TOTAL - 97M
