20 miles along the Dollis Valley and back

20M am long run at ~7.15min/M

I joined Henry and co on the club long run again today. A really nice day and a good jaunt up the Dollis Valley out to Totteridge and back. My legs were not too bad all in all. Most of it was fairly easy-paced. Just what the doctor ordered.
