Mon 29/10 - 13M double; 5M & 8M recovery runs
Tue 30/10 - 17M double; 5M recovery & 12M steady runs
Wed 31/10 - 15M including 9x2K hard off 90s jog
Thu 01/11 - 15M double; 7M recovery & 8M incl 20min surge session
Fri 02/11 - 17M double; 7M recovery & 10M kind of steady runs
Sat 03/11 - 6M including 5K cross-country race
Sun 04/11 - 21M gentle long run
TOTAL - 104M
