Wed 20/10 - 8M speed (incl 5x1M at 5.15-5.30min/M with pack)
Thu 21/10 - 12M; double 6M recovery runs at ~6.15min/M with pack
Fri 22/10 - 4M recovery run at ~6.15min/M with pack
Sat 23/10 - 6M recovery run at ~6.15min/M
Sun 24/10 - 20M long run at ~6.15min/M
TOTAL - 73M
