Tue 12/10 - 11M double; speed (incl 6x1K at 5.15min/M) and recovery run
Wed 13/10 - 9M general aerobic at ~6.00min/M
Thu 14/10 - 8M recovery run at ~6.15min/M
Fri 15/10 - 6M recovery run at ~6.15min/M
Sat 16/10 - 4M recovery run at 6.15min/M
Sun 17/10 - 14M incl Cardiff Half Marathon at 5.16min/M
TOTAL 64M
