Easy again (plus core work)

13M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run
6M recovery run
30min core workout (3 cycles)

Another easy day - no time for a session between work and nursery drop-offs/pick-ups. But I did manage a core workout again. Hopefully I won't be so stiff after this one.
