Much needed recovery

14M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run

110 miles last week, ending with a hard 23 miler left me pretty shattered today. Both runs were dead slow. Nothing feels injured though. My hamstrings felt a bit tight first thing, but eased off.
