Steady

17M double; recovery & steady runs
7M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M
10M pm steady run at ~6.15min/M

No time for an evening session before meeting Ron for a Nando's in Canary Wharf, so I stuck with a steady 10 miles around Westminster then along the river out East. I'll run a hill session in the Heath first thing tomorrow.
