Easy (and some more exercises)

14M double; recovery run x2 & core strength exercises
7M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M
7M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M
Core strength exercises (four cycles)

Just an easy day today plus the same exercises as Monday.
