Steady and some strides

19M double; recovery run & steady run with strides
7M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
12M pm steady run at ~6.15min/M including 12x100m strides

My legs are pleasingly slightly achy after yesterday's session, but not enough to slow me down. I kept the pace steady on my evening run and included 12 sets of strides. A useful run, without it being too tiring - that's the plan at least.
