A rubbish long run

19M am long run at ~6.20min/M

I felt better initially today, but it was a false down and I didn't have much in my legs still. I think it might be a bit of a stomach bug that I had a couple of days ago. It has gone (or nearly gone) now, but has left me a bit washed out.

As a result, I ran easily on today's long run. I was feeling tired from mile seven or so, but didn't get much worse.
