Easy and some exercises

13M double; recovery run x2 & core strength exercises
7M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
6M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Core strength exercises (four cycles)

Busy day at work left me a bit mentally shot for the evening. So I'm going to run my session tomorrow morning. Instead, I ran gently to meet Ron, select some kit from the club's fetching new range. And then did some core strength work in front of the news before bed.
