2K reps on the snowless Embankment

20M double; recovery run & 2K rep session
7M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M
13M pm incl 6x2K off 60s jog

This evening's session felt like a real cracker - I think I've hit a good little patch. The Embankment was completely ice free, so I could really let rip. Good stuff.

... two hours later: I am semi-comatose on the sofa. Unable to move. It definitely was a good one.
