Twelve, steady

12M pm steady run

A bit of a filler day, but still a decent one. Twelve miles along the river to Tower Bridge, back to Westminster and then home. Something harder in the morning methinks. Perhaps I'll smack out an 800m in 1.40.91 or something of that ilk.
