Recovery around the Heath

12M double; recovery runs x2
6M am recovery run
6M pm recovery run

Two recovery runs either side of work. Nice and easy. I felt really sluggish as I started both of them, but warmed up ok. By the end of the second one I was feeling great and holding myself back.
