K reps along the Embankment

17M double; recovery run & K rep session
7M am recovery run
10M pm incl 9x1K off 90s

Now this is more like it! I headed down to the North Embankment after work and bashed out what felt like pretty acceptable kilometer reps this evening off 90 seconds recovery. Nine of them. Who knows how fit I am at the moment, but at least I'm heading in the right direction.
