Recovery

11M double; recovery run x2
5M am recovery run
6M pm recovery run

Nice and gentle today. My hamstrings were a bit tight after yesterday's effort - nice not to be thinking about my calf any more. Though it was pretty heavy going. I was lighter on my feet by the evening.
