Steady and some strides

19M double; steady run & recovery run with strides
12M am steady run at ~6.15min/M
7M pm recovery run incl 6x100m strides

My legs were tired this morning but back in the groove this evening. Enough for my evening recovery run to be faster than often and the strides didn't feel like a drag.
