Recovery

8M recovery run & core strength exercises
8M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

I feel pretty damn good after yesterdays 28 miler. Full of energy (almost). Definitely better than last Monday. Though I have got a touch of a sore throat. Nothing much though. I'll see how it goes, but shouldn't interfere with training if it stays like this.

I did some core strength work while watching the UK athletics champs on iPlayer. I included some heel raises again to try and build some strength in my lower calves.
