Tue 9/8 - 18M double; 6M recovery & 12M gen aerobic runs at ~7.00 & ~6.20
Wed 10/8 - 26.2M long run at ~6.30min/M
Thu 11/8 - 21M double; 5M recov & 16M VO2 max incl 30x2m30s hard off 60s
Fri 12/8 - 20M double; 5M recov & 15M gen aerobic runs & exercises
Sat 13/8 - 5M recovery run at ~7.00min/M
Sun 14/8 - 15M incl Newark Half Marathon in 70.26 (5.20min/M)
TOTAL - 123M
