An unscheduled day off - for my calf

Rest

The area of tightness in my left calf was there again this morning. It's the same one I had last night after my 8 miler. But different from the one last week.

Annoying. It's not bad, but I don't want it to turn into anything. If it wasn't so close to the big day, I would probably ignore it, but I'm being careful. I went for another massage with ontrack this evening. Plenty of Ibuleve and ice too.
