Plenty of recovery miles

18M double; shorter and longer recovery runs & core strength exercises
8M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
10M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

Plenty of slow running today. Brixton roads nice and clear for me. Squeezed in some core strength work in front of the telly too.

This is going to be another biggish week. Might do my long run Wednesday as I've got the Newark Half Marathon on Sunday. I'm not going to taper. But it would nice not to be shattered.
