Steadier

20M - double; recovery & general aerobic runs & core strength exercises
8M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)
12M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M

I took it fairly steady today. And took advantage of my time off work to rest up on the sofa. Plus I fitted in my core strength exercises during the day so I'll have longer to recover before tomorrows rep session.
