Back to it properly

15M - double; short speed session and recovery run
7M am including 2x2.5M at tempo off 90s
8M pm recovery run at ~7.00min/M

My leg is fine today again. I'm really relieved. I've switched my plans around a bit for the week to look after it though.

I figured I shouldn't dive in with a long hard one today but instead ran a short speed session around Brockwell Park first thing. I took a mile or so to get up to speed, but was going well once I got there. No pain.

I also went for a nice gentle 8 mile recovery run in the early afternoon. A bit sooner than I would normally go for a second run but it gives me more time ahead of a hard long one tomorrow morning.
