Eight and some exercises

8M - recovery run & core strength exercises
8M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

A nice gentle day today to let my legs absorb the benefits of yesterday. Not much time for anything else frankly, what with my day being filled by clinic in Chelmsford (a two hour congestion-filled drive away).

My calves are fine after yesterday. Does that mean I should race again in the stupid long socks I tried yesterday?

Oh, and I fitted in some of my core strength exercises. In front of Newsnight and the like. As usual.
