Light

8M - core strength exercises & recovery run

8M pm recovery run at ~7.00min/M

A gentle day. Wise after yesterday's 28 miles. With three weeks until race day at the Odense Marathon, it's also the beginning of my first taper week. I'll aim for 80ish miles. Which will be nice after 6 weeks at 120.

It's time to sharpen up my pace... It would be nice to finish the week with a fast 10K time in the Middlesex 10K race on Sunday.

I was slightly tight in my left calf (but not the same thing as last week). Nothing to worry about though - it was gone after some foam rolling. I'm feeling good.
