Tue 26/7 - 14M double; 8M & 6M recovery runs at ~6.45min/M with pack
Wed 27/7 - 24M double; 8M recov & 16M fast/slow with 8x1M at 5.20-5.30
Thu 28/7 - 24M double; 16M medium long & 8M recov at ~6.50 & core exercises
Fri 29/7 - 17M double; 9M hills 30x400m up(68-72)/down(58-60) off 40 & 8M recov
Sat 30/7 - 3M recovery run at ~8.00min/M
Sun 31/7 - 28M long run at 6.20min/M incl marathon in 2.46.40
TOTAL - 128M
