Ten and some exercises

10M general aerobic run & core strength exercises
10M am general aerobic run at ~6.30min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

Just one today. Ten. Around Brockwell Park and Dulwich. Took me a while to get going - four or five miles - but I felt not to shabby by the end.

Some exercises too in front of the telly. I think I mentioned, but I've added in some calf raises (with weights). Hopefully it'll give me some extra strength to resist the calf tightness I've had on and off over the last six months after races and hard runs.

My resting heart rate this lunch time was 36bpm. I don't think it has been that low before.

Long one tomorrow.
