Newark Half Marathon

15M including Newark Half Marathon in 70.26 (5.20min/M; 1st place)

This was a good race after a hard week. Not a PB. But I felt great in the first half running at 5.10min/M pace consistently. I was on my own from about 4-5 miles. I tailed off a bit in the second half - partly lack of incentive and partly lots of miles in my legs I should think.

I've got a bit of creaking coming from the tendons on the back of my right foot, so I was uncharacteristically turned down the chance of an evening run.
