Today was more about tomorrow than anything. Though it was nice to cruise through some miles mulling things over.
I'm beginning to get my next marathon and my aims for it straight in my head.
It has been helped quite a lot by reading Charlie Spedding's book ('From Last to First'). He talks about how to peak for the big races. Something I think is really important. And relies as much on mindset as physical condition. Which is exactly what I've stumbled upon in my first two marathons.
I've decided that I'm going to do it again for my next two. Simple huh?! The aim is this: 2.18 in Odense. And faster in London in April.
Just like Charlie Spedding, now that I've decided on my plan, I have confidence that I can do it!
