Speed and a good number of miles

22M double; recovery & mixed speed session and medium long run
5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M iwth pack
17M pm medium long run incl 8x600m at 1.46-1.49 off 200m jog recovery

Back to proper action today. I felt pretty good, other than a bit of a gripey stomach on my evening run. I made it to the track for the first time in a while. And it was a good session. Even if I was hanging off the back.

I turned it into one of my longish runs by running all the way home. And I was feeling better and better as I went. I think this will be another positive week.
