Mon 1/8 - 8M recovery run at ~6.45min/M & core strength exercises
Tue 2/8 - 22M double; 5M recov & 17M incl 8x600m at 1.46-49 off 200m jog
Wed 3/8 - 18M double; 8M recov & 10M gen aerobic runs at 7.00 & 6.30
Thu 4/8 - 5M recovery run at ~8.00min/M
Fri 5/8 - 20M double; 7M recov & 13M med long run at 6.45-6.15 with pack
Sat 6/8 - 16M double; 10M & 6M recovery runs at ~7.00min/M
Sun 7/8 - 22M long run at 6.55 (0-5M), 6.25 (5-10), 6.00 (10-16) & 5.40 (16-22)
TOTAL - 111M
