A light Saturday

10M recovery run & core strength exercises
10M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

No niggles after yesterday. I had managed to fit in another massage at ontrack (an hour this time) - something I should do more often.

Today, I took it easy. A gentle one around Brockwell and Dulwich Parks.

I also fitted in my core strength work in front of the World Championship Athletics. Plenty of distance running to enjoy today. But not as exciting as Farah v the rest (and hopefully Bekele) tomorrow.
