Tue 7/9 - 14M; double; 6M recovery & 8M speed incl 6x100, 6x200, 6x400, 3x1M
Wed 8/9 - 8M recovery run at ~6.00min/M
Thu 9/9 - 14M; double; 6M recovery & 8M speed incl 12x200
Fri 10/9 - 10M; double; 6M and 4M recovery at ~6.00min/M
Sat 11/9 - 1hr exercises
Sun 12/9 - 15M long run at 5.48min/M
TOTAL - 67M and 2hr exercises
