7 gentle ones

7M - recovery run at ~6.00min/M

Just a gentle one around Brockwell Park (with hills). Felt pretty good. Ready for a 20 tomorrow. Calves still a bit tight. James Nesbitt running in the opposite direction (looking pretty good).
