Recovery

14M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run

I went for a couple of gentle runs in Kingham today (on holiday in the Cotswolds for a couple of days). I have spotted where I can do some K reps tomorrow morning, which is a relief.
