Lots of miles and then some fartlek

20M triple; recovery run, steady run & fartlek
5M am recovery run
10M pm steady run with pack
5M pm fartlek with pack

I was busy today, but managed to link up the various bits of my day with running. It ended with a fartlek session through the city centre. It kind of worked.
