Fri 6/1 - 14M double; 6M & 8M recovery runs at ~8.45 & 6.45min/M
Sat 7/1 - 12M including 12K cross-country race
Sun 8/1 - 21M long run at 6.45min/M (7.00-6.30min/M)
TOTAL - 109M
