Recoveryish

16M double; recovery runs x2 & core strength exercises
5M am recovery run at ~8.30min/M
11M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Core strength exercises (five cycles)

A bit of recovery (but still a fair number of miles).

I also managed another core strength workout. I'd like to manage two a week from now.
