Seven and then a precautionary rest


















7M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack

I had a good, easy run in this morning but felt a bit of a niggle at the top of my hamstring. I talked it over with Ron and we decided I should rest it until tomorrow evening. A good move I'm sure. And not one I would have managed to make 12 months ago.
