More recovery

14M double; recovery run & general aerobic run
6M am recovery run at ~8.30min/M
8M pm general aerobic run at 5.45-6.45min/M

Fairly simple again today. I was a bit brisker on the way home and felt good again after yesterday's tiredness. Race tomorrow.
