Tue 21/12 - 6M recovery run at 6.15min/M with pack
Wed 22/12 - 21M double; 6M recovery at 7.00 and 15M medium long run at 6.30
Thu 23/12 - 16M double; 6M recovery at 6.30 and 10M general aerobic at 6.15
Fri 24/12 - 20M long run at 6.15min/M
Sat 25/12 - 8M recovery run at 6.00-6.15min/M on treadmill
Sun 26/12 - 18M double; 10M incl 5x1M reps at 5-5.15 and 8M recovery at 7.00

TOTAL - 91M
